Locked Floats: Level II
Three colors, every float locked. Please complete both swatches before the workshop, using a separate source of light-colored yarn for each.
Homework
Swatch 1: On a 16-inch circular needle, using light-colored worsted-weight yarn, CO 100 sts. Join in the round, being careful not to twist. Place a marker to mark the beginning of the round. Knit 6 rounds.
Do not cut yarn. Leave on the needle.
Swatch 2: On a second circular needle, using a second light-colored worsted-weight yarn, CO 40 sts.
Row 1: Purl to end.
Row 2: Knit to end.
Row 3: Purl to end.
Do not cut yarn. Leave on the needle.
Please have all yarn wound and ready to use.

Bring to the workshop
- Both homework swatches, yarn still attached
- 2 to 3 additional colors of solid worsted-weight wool with medium to high contrast
- Tapestry needle, scissors, and stitch markers
- Note-taking materials
- Sticky notes or a magnetic board to keep your place on the chart
- Your knitting bag filled with its usual treasures
